  This place is sweet!!! Golf and eat good all in one place. Besides Timber Creek in Lincoln, this is my fav. The Shannon's are super amazing.
  
  Highlights besides the super staff, their chocolate lava cake, chicken strips that's fresh made to order. Hand breaded and fried on the spot.  Dressings are made in house. Good salad selections, not boring nor basic. Breakfast sandwich is super yummy. Taste like homemade. Think most of their items are made in house which is pretty nice. Did I mention affordable?

  I went to play a tee time with the grooms before a engagement party, so we teed off early. Around 930 we were rounding to the 9th hole so i called to see what breakfast food they had on the menu. I was told im sorry we dont have a cook inn until 1030 and it take 30 minutes to prep the food. She was super nice and said she would call me once they had food ready but it wouldnt be until i would almost be done with the round so it would b pointless. She offered to make a couple sandwiches for me which was amazing (We where starving). Make sure u bring food if you have any early tee time cause the restaurant does not open early. The golf course is amazing

  Our server, Alexis, was awesome.  Great personality and very professional.  My Wife had the tomato bisque with a grilled cheese sandwich.  She's always searching for the perfect tomato soup/bisque.   Grilled cheese was great and the bisque was pretty good also.  Alaskan Amber is our favorite beer and they had it on tap which is awesome.   Place was clean and not too loud which was nice.  I had the Par 3 Burger with cheese and the house fries.  House fries are topped with garlic, parmesan cheese and Fresno chilies.  (Not spicy but nice touch)  over all we will be back for sure.  Great place.

  I love eating at The Ridge. My food has always been delicious. It nicely prepared & beautiful presented. The wait staff is extremely nice. I think they have the best happy hour in town- it's from 4-7, everyday-When I get their steak tacos & a glass of wine my bill is under $10!!! Tonight I had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus--so good. I don't know why this isn't the busiest place in Auburn--but it still seems to be a secret. Also they take reservations & there is tons of parking.

  I had another great Happy Hour meal at the Ridge tonight. They must have the best Happy Hour menu in Auburn & it's from 4-7p -7 days a week! All the food I've seen looks good, I almost always get the sliders (which I had tonight) or steak taco. I also had the clam chowder tonight--so good. It's reasonably priced, the wait staff is very friendly, it's quiet so you can visit & there is never a problem parking. You really should get it a try.
